ADMISSION PROCESS

STEP 1 | Introductory Phone Call

Schedule a 15-25 minute introductory phone call. To prepare for the phone call, please complete this introductory questionnaire, explore our website, read our FAQs page, and make a list of remaining questions. In this phone call, we will discuss your most pressing questions about our program, a bit about your child (ages, etc.), and what prompted your interest in our program. You will be offered available dates and times to schedule a tour at the end of this phone call.

STEP 2 | Tour & Follow-Up

Attend a tour with your family (your child must also attend). Tours are scheduled during the initial phone call (see step 1).



STEP 3 | Online Application

Complete an online application. We will contact you upon receipt of your application to set up a trial/shadow day.

STEP 4 | Trial Day(s)

We will contact you to schedule a trial/shadow day for your child at their respective studio to get a feel for our program after processing your application.



STEP 5 | Admission Decision & Enrollment

Receive the Admission Decision within 14 business days of submitting your application. If our program is a good fit for your family, you will be sent an invitation to enroll along with the non-refundable Enrollment Fee invoice.  You will also receive our Parent Agreement and Parent Handbook for review. Once your Enrollment Fee is paid and you submit Enrollment paperwork as well as a signed Parent Agreement and Parent Handbook, you are good to go!
